You can add your favorite essential oil to scent your laundry and enjoy the benefits of essential oils. I keep a spray bottle in the laundry room with water and 10 drops of essential oil. I spray the balls before putting them into laundry. You should use 3 balls per load, as they are all natural and have to work a little harder.

The dye used for color is "Greener Shades" which is an organic metal free acid dye. Formulated without the use of hazardous metals, it conforms to the Organic Trade Association's standards for Organic Fiber Processing. They will not bleed onto clothing, dye is set with citric acid. ***PLEASE NOTE only a little bit of the fiber is dyed ti bring some "fun" colors to laundry, the base of the fiber is the natural color of the animals.black, brown, white, grey.
